Henri and I both woke up this morning feeling sick 😦 (maybe it was something we ate last night?) so today is shaping up to be a lay around the house day. I don’t think the dogs would mind this…

Monday – AM: 8 miles @ 7:14 pace, NTC Shoulder Shaper workout PM: NTC Kara Goucher stretches
Tuesday – AM: 7.25 miles @ 7:14 pace (including 4 uphill sprints), P90X AbRipperX workout PM: NTC Paula Radcliffe Marathon workout
Wednesday – AM: 8.25 miles @ 7:32 pace PM: NTC Better Butt workout, 15 minutes stretching
Thursday – AM: 9 miles @ 7:12 pace (push last mile @ 6:41), Stability Ball Ab Workout
Friday – AM: 6 miles @ 7:25 pace (including 8 uphill sprints), NTC Fighter Fit workout
Saturday – AM: 12 miles @ 7:10 pace (push last 2 miles @ 7:01 & 6:35), 5 minutes planks
Sunday – complete rest – maybe taking the dogs out for a walk if Henri and I feel up to it.
