Sunday Summary – 3/23/2014

Between running 80 miles last week, planning a somewhat last minute cross country road trip, and getting the stomach bug I really dropped down my mileage and the intensity of my training. Here’s a quick look at the past week.

Sunday Summary

Monday – 9 miles @ 7:18 pace

Tuesday – 12 mile workout: 2.5 mile warm-up, 5x 1 mile with .5 mile jog in between (6:05, 6:00, 5:53, 5:53, 5:58), 2.5 mile cool-down

Wednesday – 10 miles @ 7:33 pace

Thursday – 9 mile @ 7:51 pace

Friday – 6 miles @ 7:22 pace

Saturday – Long Run 17 miles @ 7:22 pace

Sunday – Rest!

Total Miles: 63.2 miles   Total 2014 Miles: 796.5/3,000
