Sunday Summary – 4/6/2014

The past few days have been full of catching up with family, settling into our new place. and getting ready to start our new jobs this week so here’s a really quick look into my training this past week!

Sunday Summary

3.31-4.6

Monday – 9 miles @ 7:47 pace

Tuesday – 10 miles @ 7:21 pace

Wednesday – 8 mile workout 3 mile warm-up, 2x2K at 6:40 pace with 1K jog in between, 1.5ish mile cool-down (7:15 average pace)

Thursday – REST (12 hour drive to finish off the road trip)

Friday – 9 miles @ 7:33 pace

Saturday – 16 mile long run @ 7:37 pace

Sunday – 8 miles easy at 7:43 pace

Total Mileage: 60 miles Total 2014 miles: 926.7/3,000
