Sunday Summary – 8/3/2014

We’re having a great Sunday here in the WRFB house. I hope that the last few hours of your weekend are awesome! Just popping in to share my training from this week. 🙂photo (11)Sunday Summary – 8/3/2014

Monday – 6 miles @ 7:30 pace

Tuesday – NB Boston Practice – 9 mile workout [warm-up, intervals on grass (3 mins, 10 mins, 3x 3 mins), cool-down] average pace 7:32

Wednesday – “Rest”, walked about 8 miles around NYC!

Thursday – 5 miles @ 7:35 pace

Friday – 6 miles @ 7:51 pace

Saturday – 7 mile workout [2 mile warm-up, intervals on grass (10 mins hard, 2x 5 mins hard), 1 mile cool-down] average pace 7:08

Sunday – 12 mile long run @ 7:43 pace

Total Mileage: 45.98   Average Weekly Pace: 7:34   Total 2014 miles: 1,574.54/3,000

  1. Training went last week. Solid runs and I started shedding the summer time pudge I put on in the off season haha. I start my 10 week build towards my first race of the today. I’ll post about last week’s training tomorrow.

  2. Awesome workouts this week! I went to November Project on Wednesday for the first time which kicked my butt and left me sore for the rest of the week:) But it was a fun and different workout for sure! I also enjoyed running without a garmin- it was nice to not pay attention to pace at all or worry about how far I had gone!
